Greetings! SOS Property Maintenace is owned and operated by Russ and Chris Poll. We are a husband and wife who took over this dealership back in 2015 and have been very successful at meeting the needs of the customers and growing the business. Our mission here at SOS is to inform and educate people throughout the process of buying and owning an outdoor furnace. The goal is to make people feel confident in their decision, as well as feeling capable to successfully own and operate their outdoor furnace.
Over the years we have grown enough to expand the business and hired on Jessica and Tyler to the team. Jessica works in the office part-time, and Tyler helps out in the field with maintenance, service calls and deliveries.

- Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Saturdays By appointment only
- Sunday No Sundays except in cases of true emergency
- Holidays Closed on all Major Holidays
